四、工作原理
根據(jù)歐姆定律,被測電阻Rx等于施加電壓V除以通過的電流I。傳統(tǒng)的高阻計的工作原理是測量電壓V固定,通過測量流過取樣電阻的電流I來得到電阻值。從歐姆定律可以看出,由于電流I是與電阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以電阻的顯示值是非線性的,即電阻無窮大時,電流為零,即表頭的零位處是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整個刻度是非線性的。又由于測量不同的電阻時,其電壓V也會有些變化,所以普通的高阻計是精度差、分辨率低。
本儀器是同時測出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I,通過內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計算,然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值,即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過電阻的電流I是同時變化,其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計那樣因被測電壓V的變化或電流I的變而變,所以,即使測量電壓、被測量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對其結(jié)果影響不大,其測量精度很高(),從理論上講其誤差可以做到零,而實際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬分之幾。

本儀器配不同的測量電極(夾具)可以測量不同材料(固體、粉體或液體)的體積電阻率和表面電阻率或電導(dǎo)率,*符合國家標準GB1410-2006固體電工絕緣材料絕緣電阻、體積電阻系數(shù)和表面電阻試驗方法,ASTM D257 絕緣材料的直流電阻或電導(dǎo)試驗方法 等標準要求。
注意事項:
儀器使用前請仔細閱讀以下內(nèi)容,否則將造成儀器損壞或電擊情況。
1. ★檢查儀器后面板電壓量程是否置于10V檔,電流電阻量程是否置于104檔。
2. ★接通電源調(diào)零,(注意此時主機不得與屏蔽箱線路連接)在“Rx"兩端開路的情況下,調(diào)零使電流表的顯示為0000。然后關(guān)機。
3. ★將待測試樣平鋪在不保護電極正中央,然后用保護電極壓住樣品,再插入被保護電極(不保護電極、保護電極、被保護電極應(yīng)同軸且確認電極之間無短路)。
4. ★測體積電阻時測試按鈕撥到Rv邊,測表面電阻時測試按鈕撥到Rs邊,
5. ★接好測試線,將測試線將主機與屏蔽箱連接好。量程置于104檔,打開主機后面板電源開關(guān)按鈕。從儀器后面板調(diào)電壓按鈕到所要求的測量電壓。
(比如:GBT 1692-2008 硫化橡膠 絕緣電阻率的測定 標準中注明要求在500V電壓進行測定,那么電壓就要升到500V)
6. ★電流電阻量程按鈕從低檔位逐漸撥高檔,每撥一次停留1-2秒觀察顯示數(shù)字,當(dāng)被測電阻大于儀器測量量程時,電阻表顯示“1",此時應(yīng)繼續(xù)將儀器撥到量程更高的位置。
測量儀器有顯示值時應(yīng)停下,在1min的電化時間后測量電阻,當(dāng)前的數(shù)字乘以檔次即是被測電阻。
7. ★測試完畢先將量程撥至(104)檔,然后將測量電壓撥至10V檔,zui后將測試按鈕撥到中央位置后關(guān)閉電源。然后進行下一次測試。
8. ★應(yīng)在“Rx"兩端開路時調(diào)零,一般一次調(diào)零后在測試過程中不需再調(diào)零。
9. ★禁止將“RX"兩端短路,以免微電流放大器受大電流沖擊。
10. ★不得在測試過程中不要隨意改動測量電壓。
11. ★測量時從低次檔逐漸撥往高次檔。
12. ★接通電源后,手指不能觸及高壓線的金屬部分。
13. ★不得測試過程中不能觸摸微電流測試端。
14. ★在測量高阻時,應(yīng)采用屏蔽盒將被測物體屏蔽。
15. ★嚴禁在試測過程隨意改變電壓量程及在通電過程中打開主機。
16. ★嚴禁電流電阻量程未在104檔及電壓在10V檔,更換試樣。

一、安裝調(diào)試:協(xié)助試驗機的安裝,負責(zé)試驗機的運輸、調(diào)試。

二、驗收標準:試驗機按訂貨技術(shù)附件進行驗收。終驗收在買方進行,對用戶提供的試樣進行試驗,并提供測試報告。

三、培訓(xùn):安裝調(diào)試同時,在儀器操作現(xiàn)場一次性免費培訓(xùn)操作人員2-3名,該操作人員應(yīng)是由需方選派的長期穩(wěn)定的員工,培訓(xùn)后能夠?qū)υO(shè)備基本原理、軟件使用、操作、維護事項理解和應(yīng)用,使人員能夠獨立操作設(shè)備對樣品進行檢測、分析,同時能進行基本的維護。

1、設(shè)備保修兩年,終身售后服務(wù),一年內(nèi)非人為損壞的零部件免費更換,保修期內(nèi)接到用戶邀請后, zui遲響應(yīng)時間為2小時內(nèi),在與用戶確認故障后,我公司會在48小時內(nèi)派工程師到達現(xiàn)場進行免費服務(wù),盡快查清故障所在位置和故障原因,并向用戶及時報告故障的原因和排除辦法 。
